Elite Coach in Ephrata, PA seeks a skilled Diesel Mechanic/Technician to maintain a fleet of 31 high-end tour buses. You will perform electrical diagnostics, HVAC maintenance, and some engine work in a clean five-bay shop with a friendly team.

Qualifications

• Some diesel or large equipment experience.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and diagnostics.
• HVAC training and experience.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
• Flexibility and positive attitude.
• Team-oriented approach and reliability.
• DOT drug test and criminal background check will be conducted.
• Occasionally lift heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a fleet of 31 Prevost and Temsa tour buses with daily tasks and inspections.
• Perform electrical diagnostics and repair, HVAC maintenance, and some engine/transmission work.
• Read and interpret technical manuals and electrical diagrams; ensure safety and quality.
• Work in a clean, five-bay shop environment with a team of technicians.
