Job summary

A-1 Limousine in Princeton, NJ is seeking a Diesel / Motor Coach Technician with strong mechanical skills to inspect, repair, and maintain our fleet of motor coaches, ensuring safety and performance standards are met.

This role requires diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues, keeping detailed maintenance records, and using diagnostic equipment to test systems. A CDL is preferred; high school diploma or GED required; 5+ years of diesel experience.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred.
  • Proficiency with diesel engine diagnostics, repair, and preventive maintenance.
  • Ability to use diagnostic software and mechanical tools.
  • CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) or the ability to obtain one preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines, motor coaches, and related components.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues.
  • Conduct inspections to identify wear and tear, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain detailed records of repairs and preventive maintenance activities.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the inspection, repair, and maintenance of our fleet of motor coaches, ensuring they meet safety, regulatory, and performance standards.
