Job summary

EPIC TOURS LLC in Emmaus, PA is seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to keep our fleet performing at peak efficiency. You will service diesel-powered vehicles and fleet equipment, diagnose issues, and perform engine and drivetrain repairs to support our touring operations.

We're looking for hands-on technicians with strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems, plus experience with diagnostic tools and computerized repair systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic or Heavy Equipment Technician.
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
• Experience with diagnostic tools and computerized repair systems.
• ASE certification or equivalent training preferred.
• Valid driver's license; CDL a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on diesel-powered vehicles and fleet equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using diagnostic tools and software.
• Conduct engine overhauls, transmission repairs, and drivetrain servicing.
• Inspect and replace worn or damaged components including brakes, suspension, and exhaust systems.
• Maintain accurate service records and document all repairs and parts used.
• Ensure all vehicles meet safety and DOT compliance standards.
• Collaborate with fleet managers to prioritize and schedule preventive maintenance.
