Qualifications
- A minimum 3+ years' experience as diesel mechanic with construction equipment rental background preferred.
- Troubleshooting electrical and hydraulic systems, diesel engines including Tier 4 and aftertreatment.
- Repairs on diesel/gas engines, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and drive trains.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, service, and test equipment to manufacturer specs.
- Perform routine service including fluid checks, changes, and lubrication.
- Perform novice welding repairs (MIG & SMAW).
- Prepare and maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
