Job summary

Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a diesel or heavy equipment mechanic with construction equipment or rental background.
- Military experience welcomed when it includes heavy equipment maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with diesel engines, electrical, hydraulic, Tier 4, and aftertreatment systems.
- Experience repairing construction equipment, including generators, rollers, and earthmoving equipment.
- Must provide own tools averaging $10,000+ in value.
- Basic computer skills for work orders, parts ordering, and service documentation.
- Ability to inspect, maintain, diagnose, and repair equipment to manufacturer specifications.
