Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred; vocational/technical certification in vehicle repair preferred.
• 1–2 years automotive or diesel repair experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to solve problems and use tools effectively.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a team and outdoors.
• DOT/OSHA safety compliance knowledge.
• Must pass drug screen and background checks as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure vehicle safety and reliability for customers.
• Use Penske tools and technologies to log, research, and complete repairs, including basic diagnostics.
• Perform preventive maintenance and component replacements on gas and diesel engines.
• Learn new skills through Penske technician training and hands-on coaching.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
