Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational/technical certification preferred.
1–2 years automotive or diesel repair experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license required.
Ability to use basic hand tools and follow instructions.
Commitment to safety policies and DOT/OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on a variety of vehicles.
Log repairs and use diagnostic tools to identify issues.
Collaborate with supervisors and technicians to learn and apply Penske maintenance processes.
Ensure vehicles are safe and ready for service.
Adhere to safety and quality standards in all tasks.
