Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair preferred.
• 1-2 years automotive or diesel repair experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to use tools and solve problems.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Team-oriented and able to work outdoors.
• DOT/OSHA safety/compliance awareness required.
• Background checks and drug screening per Penske policy.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure vehicles are maintained and safe for customers.
• Log, research and complete repairs with Penske tools/tech.
• Perform preventative maintenance like tire rotation and lubrication.
• Learn new skills via Penske technician training and coaching.
• Assist with additional projects as assigned by supervisor.
