Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. is hiring a Technician II in Loveland, CO. The role involves maintaining and repairing a diverse fleet, with independent work on major and minor tasks. You will diagnose using shop tools, participate in training, and mentor newer technicians.

Applicants should have 3 years of vehicle maintenance experience, a high school diploma or better, and a valid driver’s license. DOT/OSHA safety standards apply, with growth opportunities and strong benefits.

Formación

• 3 years of practical experience with vehicle maintenance
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair preferred
• Specialized training and experience in diagnosis/troubleshooting of major components (engines, transmissions, differentials) and ASE certifications preferred
• Experienced using tools of the trade (diagnostic equipment, hand tools, power tools)
• Valid driver's license required
• DOT/OSHA safety compliance understanding expected

Responsabilidades

• Make sure vehicles are maintained and safe for customers
• Perform preventive maintenance on truck and trailer equipment with minimal supervision
• Repair and troubleshoot engines, transmissions, differentials, turbochargers, fuel systems
• Keep work area clean and safe
• Use Penske tools to log, research and complete repairs, including basic diagnostics
• Learn new skills through Penske's technician training
• Work on other projects as assigned by supervisor
