As a respected technician, you’ll work independently, mentor others, and grow your skills through Penske’s training programs and advanced maintenance technology. The role emphasizes safety and reliability across OEM equipment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of practical vehicle maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational/technical certification preferred.
• Specialized training in diagnosis/troubleshooting of major components; ASE 608/609 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair vehicles to keep customers safe and on the road.
• Perform preventive maintenance with minimal supervision.
• Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, differentials, and related systems.
• Keep work area clean and safe; log and research repairs with Penske tools.
