Job summary

FleetPride is seeking a Technician II to diagnose vehicle systems, perform preventative maintenance and complex repairs on heavy-duty trucks. You will inspect trucks, replace worn components, and support diagnostics with limited supervision, ensuring safety and quality throughout the process.

Responsibilities include brake and suspension work, electrical system troubleshooting, and routine maintenance such as oil changes.

Qualifications

• Diesel technology associate degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years experience with Class 7 & 8 trucks.
• Experience repairing 53' trailers.
• Welding experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Examine vehicles to determine extent of damage or malfunction.
• Provide customers with preventative maintenance solutions.
• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, lubrications and filter replacements.
• Repair brakes, relines, replaces, and adjusts components.
• Troubleshoot electrical, exhaust, suspension, and air conditioning systems.
• Test drive vehicles and components to diagnose issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
