Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. is seeking an experienced Technician for 2nd shift in Sheboygan, WI. The role focuses on preventive maintenance and repairs on a modern fleet, with emphasis on engines, transmissions, differentials, and diagnostics.

You will work with Penske’s tooling, participate in technician training, and contribute to safety and quality standards while serving customers on site. A strong emphasis on teamwork and customer service is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational/technical certification in vehicle repair preferred.
• Specialized training/experience in diagnosing/troubleshooting major components (engines, transmissions, differentials).
• ASE Certification and 608/609 certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on trucks and trailers.
• Repair and troubleshoot major components; replace assemblies and components as needed.
• Log, research and complete repairs using Penske’s tools and technologies; maintain clean, safe work area.
