Qualifications

• Reliable team member with good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in heavy-duty truck service preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair heavy-duty trucks and trailers.
• Provide accurate service to customers and explain repairs clearly.
• Complete repairs within capability and as written.
• Follow safety guidelines and report unsafe situations.
• Understand Truck Service Standard Services and customer programs.
