Qualifications

• Two-year technical college in diesel technology or a high school diploma/GED with 2 years of shop experience.
• 2+ years of diesel engine or equipment repair experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of hydraulics, transmissions, undercarriage, track systems, electrical and fuel systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs Caterpillar equipment and heavy construction machinery.
• Document work orders clearly and timely.
• Maintain safe work environment and follow company policies.
• Collaborate with other technicians for troubleshooting and repairs.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance mechanical skills.
