Qualifications

• Experience with heavy construction or agriculture equipment is preferred.

• Excellent customer service skills and relationship-building abilities.
• Clear and concise communications are essential.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required.
• Ability to independently lift between 50-75 pounds.
• Computer skills are needed for service documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical service to equipment and read job orders.
• Observe and listen to equipment in operation to resolve issues and follow procedures.
• Follow checklists to ensure all critical parts are examined.
• Test-drive vehicles to verify proper operation and safety.
• Attend training and review factory technical bulletins.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers to boost satisfaction.
