Job summary

W.W. Williams is seeking a skilled Diesel Technician in Perrysburg, OH to troubleshoot, repair, and diagnose routine maintenance and emergency services. You will work with fellow technicians to ensure work is performed safely and to the customer’s satisfaction.

The role emphasizes hands-on diesel engine and heavy-duty truck repairs, accurate documentation, and adherence to safety protocols, with opportunities for professional growth within a diverse team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of diesel repair and maintenance experience in a heavy truck/fleet dealership or shop environment.
• Strong working knowledge of multiple systems (A/C, brake, emission, air) and diagnostics.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality repairs and maintenance on Diesel Engines/Heavy Duty Trucks as specified.
• Accurately complete all required paperwork on work orders and inspections.
• Diagnose failure of vehicles by disassembling, repairing, and reassembling parts.
• Adhere to all Company and industry safety standards.
• Inspect vital parts to ensure proper operating condition.
• Create a job repair plan based on diagnosis.
