Job summary

Total Tire Solutions is seeking an experienced Diesel Technician to support our fleet maintenance through preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and quality repairs on diesel equipment. This role involves mobile fleet service and on-site shop work, with a focus on safety and reliability.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in diesel maintenance, ASE certifications preferred, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of diesel maintenance experience preferred (fleet, dealership, independent, or light mechanical shop).
• ASE TSeries certifications preferred (T2, T4, T5, T6, T8) or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus, not required).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) on heavyduty trucks and trailers.
• Diagnose and repair diesel engines, brake systems, suspension, steering, and electrical components.
• Identify and troubleshoot mechanical and electronic issues.
• Complete DOT inspections and ensure compliance standards are met.
• Accurately document repairs and maintenance activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with drivers, service advisors, and shop leadership.
