Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and 1–2 years of automotive or diesel repair experience (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to use tools effectively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and service vehicles to keep customers safe and on the road.
• Log, research, and complete repairs using Penske’s tools and diagnostics.
• Perform preventative maintenance like tire rotation and lubrication of components.
• Learn new skills through Penske’s technician training and coaching.
• Contribute to other projects as assigned by supervisor.
