Penske Truck Leasing is seeking a skilled technician in Morgantown, WV to perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on a diverse fleet. You will log and diagnose using Penske tools and participate in training to grow professionally.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and a path to certification through Penske’s programs. A driver’s license and willingness to learn are essential for success in this on-site position.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair preferred.
• 1–2 years automotive or diesel repair experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety policies; DOT/OSHA compliance expected.

Mansioni

• Making sure vehicles are maintained and safe for customers.
• Using Penske's tools and technologies to log, research and complete repairs, including basic vehicle diagnostics.
• Performing preventative maintenance repairs such as tire replacement/rotation and lubrication; some electrical and cooling system maintenance on gas and diesel engines.
• Partnering with your manager to learn new skills through Penske's technician training and hands-on coaching.
• Working on other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
