Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. is hiring a Technician in Auburn, ME. You will perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on a modern fleet, helping customers stay on the road. You’ll work with experienced supervisors and receive industry‑leading training while earning a competitive starting wage with a shift differential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational/technical certification preferred.
• 1–2 years automotive or diesel repair experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to solve problems and use tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure vehicle safety for customers.
• Use Penske tools to log, research and complete repairs including diagnostics.
• Perform preventative maintenance and some electrical/cooling system work on gas/diesel engines.
• Learn new skills through Penske’s technician training and coaching.
• Assist with other projects as assigned by supervisor.
