Job summary

Ciocca Ford Lincoln of Lawrenceville is hiring auto technicians. You will diagnose and repair vehicles, perform warranty repairs, and ensure safety compliance while delivering high-quality service.

A strong work ethic and a minimum of 2 years' technician experience are required; Ford certifications are a plus. We offer a competitive hourly rate, a sizeable sign-on bonus for qualified technicians, paid training, benefits, and advancement opportunities within the Ciocca Automotive family.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Service Technician experience required.
• Ford Certifications are a bonus, but not necessary.
• Basic computer skills and ability to operate diagnostic equipment.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Test-drive vehicles and test components using diagnostic tools.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, brakes, and HVAC.
• Provide time estimates for repairs.
• Perform warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications.
• Check guards, bolts, and safety devices and adjust as needed.

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
• Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
• Examine protective guards, loose bolts, and specified safety devices on trucks, and adjust as needed.
