Job summary

Ciocca Ford Lincoln of Flemington is seeking energetic auto technicians to join our growing team. We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus for qualified technicians and the chance to work in a supportive, career‑minded shop.

Earn hourly pay ranging from $25 to $48, plus PTO, holidays, a 401(k) with company matching, paid training and tuition reimbursement, and comprehensive health benefits. Ford certifications are a bonus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Service Technician experience required.
• Ford Certifications are a bonus, but not necessary.
• Basic computer skills and ability to operate diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities

• Test-drive vehicles and diagnose components using diagnostic tools.
• Repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, brakes, and A/C.
• Provide time estimates for repairs and follow manufacturer specifications.
• Ensure safety devices and guards are in good condition.

Qualifications:

· 2+ years of Service Technician experience required

· Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required

· Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities:

· Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.

· Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.

· Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.

· Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.

· Examine protective guards, loose bolts, and specified safety devices on trucks, and adjust as needed.
