Job summary

Ciocca Ford of Lawrenceville is actively seeking energetic Ford Truck Technicians to join our growing, dynamic team. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain Ford trucks, applying your skills to help customers and our community achieve reliable mobility.

We offer competitive earnings up to $140,000 per year for full-time roles, along with PTO and holidays, a 401(k) with company matching, paid training and certification, air-conditioned shops, and a comprehensive insurance program.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Fleet or dealership technician experience required.
• ASE and CDL certifications preferred.
• Possess own tools.
• Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical service to vehicles and equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair Ford vehicles according to factory specifications.
• Examine protective guards, loose bolts, and safety devices on trucks, and adjust as needed.
• Properly complete the service and/or repairs assigned by supervisor.
• Test drive vehicles to ensure they run smoothly.
