Love's Travel Stops is seeking a Diesel Technician to diagnose and repair light mechanical systems and perform preventive maintenance for our customers and drivers. You will work in a fast-paced environment, interact with customers, and help ensure safe, reliable travel for a busy national network.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and repairing light mechanical systems.
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance services.
• Ability to move and lift 75+ pounds.
• Willingness to work rotating day/night shifts.
• Must be able to obtain a DOT medical card (paid by Love's).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues that may include wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, or engine components.
• Assist customers with roadside services.
• Provide preventative maintenance services.
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Obtain a DOT medical card (paid by Love's).
