Qualifications

• Basic mechanical ability and problem-solving skills.
• Customer interactions while performing roadside services and repairs.
• Ability to follow safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues including wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, or engine components.
• Assist customers with roadside services and basic maintenance tasks.
• Provide preventative maintenance services.
• Move and lift 75+ pounds in close quarters and work in varied temperatures.
• Prioritize customer safety and satisfaction per company policies.
• Work a rotating day/night schedule as needed.
• Acquire a medical card through the Department of Transportation (Love's pays).
