Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops is hiring Diesel Technicians to work in a fast-paced environment across customer and driver interactions. You will troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues, perform preventive maintenance, and assist with roadside services while prioritizing safety and customer satisfaction.

Role requires the ability to lift 75+ pounds, work in varying temperatures, and participate in a rotating day/night schedule. DOT medical card may be obtained with Love’s support.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues that may include wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, or engine components
• Assist customers with roadside services
• Provide preventative maintenance services
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters
• Ability to work in various temperatures
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation. (paid by Love’s)
