Job summary

NFI is seeking a diesel technician to diagnose and repair diesel engines and truck systems on a dedicated fleet. The role emphasizes hands-on maintenance, diagnostics, and collaboration with a team committed to safety and quality.

Eligible candidates will have a valid driver's license (Class B preferred), related technical education or experience, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. Company offers benefits, sign-on bonus, and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and repairing diesel equipment and trucks.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and software.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical and mechanical tractor/trailer issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on fleet.
• Complete DOT inspections as per FMCSA guidelines.
• Lift and move heavy components as needed (75 lbs+).
