Penske is hiring a Technician to perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on a diverse fleet. You will use Penske tools, learn through hands-on coaching, and contribute to keeping vehicles safe and on the road.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic mechanical aptitude, and a driver’s license; vocational repair certification is a plus. Expect a supportive team, growth opportunities, and industry-leading training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Vocational/technical certification in vehicle repair is preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn are essential.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks and DOT-related requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and service vehicles to ensure safety and reliability for customers.
• Utilize Penske tools to diagnose and complete repairs, including basic diagnostics.
• Perform preventative maintenance (tires, lubrication, systems) on gas and diesel engines.
• Collaborate with manager and technicians to learn and grow through Penske training.
• Contribute to a safe, efficient work environment and complete tasks as assigned.
