Job summary

Atlantic Detroit Diesel Allison in the Lodi, NJ area is seeking skilled technicians to diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical systems on heavy equipment. Tech I–III levels offer hourly pay with CDL bonus potential.

Responsibilities include maintenance, using diagnostic software, parts coordination, and safe, accurate reporting of work orders. Qualified candidates will have a diesel-related credential or 3+ years experience, own basic tools, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3+ years related experience or technical diesel degree/certification.
• Own basic hand tools; standard and metric; including torque wrenches.
• Valid driver's license; CDL a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on equipment per manufacturer guidelines.
• Use diagnostic software and follow troubleshooting guidelines.
• Work with parts department to identify and order parts for diagnosis.
• Disassemble and rebuild mechanical systems as needed.
• Complete all work orders and timesheets detailing labor operations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
