Amerit Fleet Solutions in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a skilled Diesel Technician/Mechanic to service medium to heavy-duty fleet vehicles. The role offers $30.00–$40.00 per hour with weekly pay and full benefits within 30 days.

You will diagnose and repair diesel engines, perform preventive maintenance, and document work orders. The schedule is Friday through Monday, 9:00am–7:30pm, with 4/10 shifts and OT potential, in a mobile or shop environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ hands-on experience performing diesel vehicle maintenance and repairs.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to own and maintain personal tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on medium to heavy-duty fleet vehicles.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
• Conduct inspections to ensure safety and compliance standards.
• Accurately document repairs and complete work orders.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety procedures.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to support fleet operations.
