Job summary

CTI, Inc. is seeking full-time Diesel Mechanics to join our fleet maintenance team in Laveen, AZ. The role offers hourly pay range of $22.00–$28.00/hr DOE with additional pay for certified welders or CDL holders.

We provide a $300 quarterly safety bonus, tool allowance, boot reimbursements, and weekly pay with direct deposit. The position requires a valid driver license and ownership of your own tools, with a focus on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel and non-diesel engines and

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience with diesel or heavy equipment preferred
• Must have your own set of requisite tools
• Valid Driver License
• Able to pass pre-employment drug test
• No major violations within the last 5 years

Responsibilities

• Commitment to working safely at all times
• Diagnose and perform mechanical repairs on diesel/heavy equipment
• Repair tractors, trailers, generators and related equipment
• Input data into a maintenance software program
• Operate maintenance equipment and tools as needed
• Assist with service calls and general maintenance tasks
