Amerit Fleet Solutions is seeking a skilled Diesel Technician/Mechanic in Phoenix, AZ. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and reliable fleet repairs to keep vehicles safely on the road.

You’ll work with a team in a dynamic shop/mobile environment, earning weekly pay with comprehensive benefits after 30 days. The schedule is Friday through Monday with specific hours. Local travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience performing diesel vehicle maintenance and repairs.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to own and maintain the personal tools and toolbox required for the role.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness and ability to meet the physical demands of the position.
• Must be eligible to pass standard pre-employment screenings, including drug screen and DOT physical (if required).

Responsibilities

Working Conditions

This role involves working in a mobile and or shop environment that may include exposure to dust, diesel fumes, noise, and mechanical irritants such as oils and greases. Technicians must be able to perform essential functions that include lifting heavy objects, accessing tight spaces, and bending, stooping, crouching, or crawling as needed to complete repairs.
