Love’s Travel Stops is seeking Diesel Technicians to work in a fast-paced environment, performing light mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance for customers and drivers. The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and teamwork across shifts.

You will troubleshoot mechanical issues, assist with roadside services, and lift up to 75 pounds while adapting to varying temperatures. DOT medical card may be obtained at Love’s expense.

Qualifications

• Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues including wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, or engine components.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues that may include wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, or engine components
• Assist customers with roadside services
• Provide preventative maintenance services
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds in close quarters and work in various temperatures
• Prioritize customer safety and satisfaction per company policies
• Work a rotating day/night schedule as needed
• Obtain a medical card through DOT (paid by Love’s)
