Job summary

Hunter Truck in Butler, PA is hiring Experienced Diesel Mechanic Technicians for the Daylight Shift. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM with pay from $27 to $38 per hour based on experience.

A sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 is available for Expert and Master‑Level Diesel Technicians. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing diesel engines, assisting other technicians, communicating with parts, and maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Three years minimum experience; engine/driveline troubleshooting.
• Experience in electrical repair and air conditioning systems.
• Must hold certifications for each area of expertise.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs as outlined on the repair order.
• Diagnose malfunctions and complete repairs as directed by a supervisor.
• Assist other technicians on major repairs.
• Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts.
• Document all work performed and warranty information.
• Road test vehicles as required or refer to test technician.
• Follow Hunter Truck safety policies.
