PITT OHIO Express LLC is seeking a Diesel Technician at our Eighty Four, PA location. This full-time role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining fleet equipment with emphasis on safety, accuracy, and efficiency.

You will perform inspections, troubleshoot issues, and document work orders while adhering to company standards. Travel to other shop locations may be required; excellent benefits accompany this position.

Competenze

• Two years' verifiable experience in tractor and trailer inspection and repair.
• A valid state driver's license and ability to pass DOT exam.
• Must pass DOT drug screen and physical.
• English communication to interact with customers and team.
• Knowledge of diesel engines and heavy trucks repair is required.
• CDL/ASE certification is preferred but not required.

Mansioni

• Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and repairs fleet equipment safely and correctly.
• Conducts failure analysis, repairs, and rebuilds fleet components.
• Informs management about unsafe conditions and suggests corrective actions.
• Identifies missing tools and parts and helps resolve shortages.
• Completes work orders with accurate labor and parts documentation.
• Maintains a clean, safe work environment and adheres to policies.

Conoscenze

Two years' verifiable experience in

Valid driver's license

DOT exam and drug screen

Diesel engines knowledge

CDL/ASE certification (preferred)
