Qualifications

• 1+ year experience inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing trucks or stationary equipment.
• Must be able to work in a team and communicate effectively.
• Demonstrates safety-minded approach to maintenance and operations.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and operate in varied weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Performs all duties in accordance with safety policies and regulations.
• Conducts maintenance tasks based on inspections in a timely manner as directed by maintenance manager.
• Maintains diesel equipment operation through inspections and preventative maintenance; corrects issues as needed.
• Works in adverse conditions to repair equipment and vehicles, including heat, cold, wind, rain and snow.
• Builds and assembles machines or components per requirements; troubleshoots problems and resolves them promptly.
• Maintains relevant records for all work and reports issues; performs lockout/tagout procedures; conducts diagnostics and test drives as needed.
