Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Valid Class A, B, or C Driver’s license required.
• Minimum 1 year experience inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing trucks and stationary equipment.
• Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills; teamwork orientation.
• Capable of physically demanding tasks and working in various weather conditions.
• Pre-employment drug screen is required.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance tasks based on driver pre/post trip inspections in a timely manner.
• Maintains diesel equipment operation through inspections and preventive maintenance and makes corrections as needed.
• Builds, repairs, and replaces hydraulic components and hoses.
• Runs diagnostic tests and test drives to diagnose malfunctions.
• Maintains records for all work and procedures and reports issues.
• Performs lockout/tagout procedures and safety practices as required.
