Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; problem-solving and teamwork are valued.

Responsibilities

• Learn basic parts, processes, and maintenance techniques under guidance.
• Complete work orders and perform preventive maintenance per inspections.
• Follow safety policies and ensure safe operation of vehicles and equipment.
• Assist senior technicians on preventative inspections and larger projects.
• Identify defects that affect equipment availability and operator safety.
• Adjust brakes, clutches, hydraulics, and other vehicle components as needed.
• Perform tire changes and repairs; service hydraulic components and hoses.
• Learn lockout/tagout procedures and participate in training opportunities.
