Job summary

Love's Travel Stops in Tennessee is seeking Diesel Apprentices to join a fast-paced team and learn essential skills. You will assist customers with roadside services, learn electrical and diagnostic basics, wheel end and air system diagnostics, and more while training on the job.

We will teach you with no prior experience required; you can move into preventative maintenance, safety practices, and DOT-compliant tasks.

Qualifications

• No professional experience required; training provided.
• Able to move and lift 75+ pounds.
• Willing to work a rotating day/night schedule.
• Able to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love’s).

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with roadside services.
• Learn preventative maintenance services.
• Move, lift 75+ pounds in close quarters; tolerate varying temperatures.
• Follow safety policies and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work rotating day/night shifts as needed.
