Ag-Pro Companies is seeking an experienced Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain John Deere equipment and technology at our Newnan, GA location. You will mentor trainees and support customer clinics while ensuring accurate, timely documentation and billable work orders.

The role requires at least 3+ years of field service experience, strong mechanical/electrical/hydraulic knowledge, and a valid driver's license (CDL preferred).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience performing service repairs.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems on off-road equipment.
• Experience using diagnostic tools and documenting work orders.
• Valid driver's license; CDL preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; associates preferred.

Responsabilités

• Performs diagnostics and repairs on John Deere equipment and technology.
• Mentors Service Technician Trainees and Service Technicians.
• Conducts or supports customer clinics.
• Accountable for billable time and assigned work orders.
• Responsible for documentation of diagnostics and repairs and timely submittal of information.
• Operates and maintains vehicles, tools and equipment.
• Maintains a clean, organized work area and follows safety rules.
• Keeps knowledge of John Deere and competitive products up to date.
