Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is seeking a Diesel Technician to perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on our fleet to ensure peak performance and DOT compliance. This hands-on role offers training and growth in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

You will tackle mid-level repairs, troubleshoot multiple vehicle systems, and work with parts and management to improve workflows, while staying current with OEM training and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of diesel technician experience.
• Knowledge of DOT rules and regulations for commercial vehicle maintenance.
• Strong diagnostic skills across multiple vehicle systems.
• Growth mindset and willingness to develop skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform medium-level repairs including clutch replacements, suspension rebuilds, and after-treatment maintenance.
• Conduct comprehensive diagnostics of engines, cooling, fuel, and electrical systems.
• Ensure DOT compliance and safety standards during inspections and repairs.
• Collaborate with parts staff and management to streamline maintenance workflows.
• Pursue OEM training and professional development to stay current with industry advancements.

About The Role

Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is seeking a Diesel Technician to perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on our fleet to ensure peak performance and compliance with DOT regulations. Key Responsibilities

• Perform Medium-Level Repairs – Conduct clutch replacements, suspension rebuilds, after-treatment maintenance, and other mid-level repairs.
• Comprehensive Diagnostics – Troubleshoot and repair engines, cooling systems, fuel systems, and electrical components.
• Ensure Regulatory Compliance – Conduct inspections and repairs in adherence to DOT and company safety standards.
• Streamline Maintenance Processes – Work closely with parts specialists and management to optimize workflow and efficiency.
• Commit to Continuous Learning – Stay updated with industry advancements through OEM training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements
