About The Role

Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is seeking a Diesel Technician - B to perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on our fleet to ensure peak performance and compliance with DOT regulations. This hands‑on role provides the opportunity to enhance your technical skills through ongoing training while working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct clutch replacements, suspension rebuilds, after‑treatment maintenance, and other mid‑level repairs.
  • Troubleshoot and repair engines, cooling systems, fuel systems, and electrical components.
  • Conduct inspections and repairs in adherence to DOT and company safety standards.
  • Work closely with parts specialists and management to optimize workflow and efficiency.
  • Stay updated with industry advancements through OEM training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: 1‑3 years of experience as a diesel technician.
  • Extensive knowledge of DOT rules and regulations for commercial vehicle maintenance.
  • Ability to efficiently complete repairs while maintaining quality, time, and cost guidelines.
  • Strong diagnostic skills across multiple vehicle systems.
  • Eagerness to develop skills and stay updated with industry best practices.
