Job summary

Casella Waste Systems, Inc.-1 is seeking a Diesel Technician for 2nd shift at our Raymond, NH facility. The role emphasizes diesel equipment maintenance, inspections, and safety compliance to support our service commitments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 18+ years old; valid driver’s license and work eligibility in the United States.
• At least 1 year experience inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing trucks and stationary equipment.
• Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving skills, and teamwork ability.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks and inspections per safety policies and regulations.
• Run diagnostics, test drives, and analyze results to identify and fix issues.
• Conduct lockout/tagout procedures and maintain accurate service records.
• Repair and service diesel equipment, including components and hydraulic systems.
• Participate in training to expand knowledge and support company goals.
