This position offers a $2,000 hiring bonus and a defined Career Pathways program with regular merit increases, providing advancement from Apprentice to Master Technician through structured training and on-the-job learning.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; must be at least 18 and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Minimum 1 year of experience inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing trucks and stationary equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, listening, and problem-solving skills; strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Performs diesel equipment inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Corrects vehicle deficiencies and completes adjustments and alignments.
• Operates under safety policies; works in adverse weather conditions to repair equipment.
• Troubleshoots problems, runs tests, and drives vehicles to verify repairs.
• Maintains records of work and procedures; ensures safety of operators.
