Job summary

Casella Waste Systems, Inc. is seeking a Diesel Technician to maintain diesel equipment, perform inspections and preventive maintenance, and correct vehicle deficiencies to support safety and customer service.

This 2nd shift role offers a $7,500 signing bonus and a clear career pathway with merit increases as you advance through Technician Apprentice, Technician B, Technician A, and Master Technician. Responsibilities include following safety policies, completing diagnostic tests, performing

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; able to obtain legal work status in the U.S.
Experience inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing trucks and stationary equipment preferred.
Strong communication and teamwork skills; physically capable of demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

Performs maintenance tasks based on inspections and preventive maintenance requirements.
Performs diagnostics, tests, and repairs to ensure safe and reliable equipment.
Maintains records of all work performed and adheres to safety policies.
