Primary Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and service inspections on medium and heavy‑duty vehicles
• Diagnose and repair all types of vehicles
• Follow established technical & administrative processes
• Complete repair orders and parts usage forms
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members and customers
• Remain current on technical and regulatory requirements
• Perform road service calls as required

Position Requirements

• High school diploma, technical school or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years experience in automotive, truck or bus repair
• Own and maintain the proper hand tools to perform job functions
• Proficient with computer operation/usage
• Valid driver’s license
• New York State motor vehicle inspector certificate is preferred but not required
