Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops is hiring Diesel Technicians in Texas to diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy vehicles and assist customers with roadside services. You will troubleshoot light mechanical issues, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure safety and satisfaction of customers.

The role requires lifting up to 75 pounds, working in varying temperatures, and a rotating day/night schedule. Company supports tuition assistance, health benefits after 30 days, and a 401(k) with matching

Qualifications

• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love’s).
• Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues that may include wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, or engine components.
• Assist customers with roadside services.
• Provide preventative maintenance services.
