Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops is seeking a Diesel Technician in Oklahoma City area to diagnose and repair light mechanical systems, assist drivers, and perform preventive maintenance. The role requires safety‑mindedness and the ability to work in varied temperatures, with a fast‑paced environment and strong customer service focus.

• Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues (wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, or engine components)
• Assist customers with roadside services
• Provide preventative maintenance services
• Move and lift 75+ pounds in tight spaces
• Work rotating day and night shifts as needed
• Obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love’s)

Job Functions

• Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues that may include wheel‑end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, or engine components
• Assist customers with roadside services

• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters.
• Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love’s).
