An Entry Level Diesel Service Technician is responsible for providing service to our customers while maintaining exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include cleaning, maintenance, visual inspection, removal of parts and attachments, installation with manuals, report writing, disassembly, assembly, parts reuse evaluation, and reconditioning.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide technical service to vehicles and equipment.
  2. Read job orders and observe vehicle operation to determine malfunctions and plan work procedures.
  3. Examine safety devices and make adjustments as needed.
  4. Tag warranty parts and returns.
  5. Attend training and stay updated with factory bulletins.
  6. Develop positive customer relationships to enhance satisfaction.
