Position Details:
- Hourly Pay: $34.50
- Certification Bonus: $100 per new ASE Certification, up to $700
- Quarterly Bonus: Up to $500 per quarter
- Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 at 30 days and 90 days
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, weekends off
- Hours: Second shift, with specific timings listed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Vocational/technical certifications preferred
- Basic tools required
- Experience in automotive or diesel repair, including diagnostics, preventative maintenance, major repairs
- Four or more years of relevant experience preferred
- Valid CDL Class A preferred
- Additional certifications as required by location
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to perform all T3 tasks
- Advanced mechanical repair skills
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Availability for shift work, weekends, on-call
- Preferred ASE certifications
- Proficiency with diagnostic equipment
- Minimum tool requirements
- Ability to road test vehicles
- Mentoring and coaching skills
Driving Requirements:
- Must obtain CDL within 6 months
- Pass Ryder drug test, DOT physical, road test, background check
Responsibilities:
- Complete OEM training and courses
- Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs, diagnostics, and troubleshooting
- Assist roadside breakdowns remotely
- Maintain shop and facility
- Interact with customers and drivers
- Mentor other technicians
- Ensure compliance with safety and DOT regulations
